Orders ship from the U.S. within 1–2 business days.

• Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $50 — every 5-pack and the 30-Day Reset qualifies.
• Standard shipping under $50: calculated at checkout.
• You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns — the 30-Day Promise

If LYSIS isn't for you, we'll make it right.

• Unopened sachets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
• We cover the return shipping label.
• Opened sachets aren't eligible for return. Every LYSIS mask is single-use and hygiene-sealed, so we can never restock or resell an opened product — no exceptions, for your safety.

To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
